3. Payments & Billing

• Secure Transactions: All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Taxation: Prices are subject to 18% GST as per Indian government regulations.
• Advance Payment: Projects typically require a partial advance payment before work commences.
• Currency: We support multiple currencies with real-time conversion for global clients.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure project success, clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary business information, logos, and brand assets in a timely manner.
• Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Ensuring all content provided does not infringe on third-party copyrights.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final design and code deliverables is transferred to the client. Reef Technologies retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reef Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
